For the past decade, I've worked for some of the largest, most iconic brands in the consumer goods industry, and with that comes a lot of experience and lessons learned. When working with clients I apply my previous experience by first looking at two perspectives; customer and strategy. From a customer perspective, I seek to clarify the client’s view of the customer and how the product or service addresses the customer’s critical needs. From a strategic perspective, I then work with the client to identify key deliverables, KPIs, and put in place an iterative framework that allows continuous progression towards goals.
After almost a decade working in the automotive industry, I decided to go independent to help clients develop digital products and services. My goal is to create a vision for service offerings, to set up strategies, and to design structures for their implementation. Customer needs are changing faster and faster, and there are constant, ever-changing technological advancements. This has to be reflected in the company which starts by asking, "how do we identify product potential?" "how do we connect our offers?" and "what can be recognized from the generated data and which technologies are suited to do it?" I help clients in a wide range of industries find the right answers to these questions, implement them successfully, and gather initial insights for their business transformation.
With over 30 years of experience in large organizations, across multiple industries, I subsequently decided to use this experience to help organizations as a consultant with Accenture. My clients then began approaching me, asking me to lead key projects, which eventually led to my decision to become independent. As an independent, having been in their shoes, I give clients the benefit of working with a new, objective pair of eyes. I work in supply chain, specifically logistics and procurement, the profile of which has been raised due to the pandemic, and the ensuing global supply chain crisis. The importance of effective logistics solutions procurement and supplier relationship management is key to success in the global marketplace, and there are not many in the industry with the niche experience I have in this area.
