Situation

An EnBw startup of EnBW Innovation offers eLearning videos and platform solutions as well as digital personnel development tools to municipalities and companies. To continue the strong growth of the startup, the EnBW Innovation team was looking for impetus from an experienced industry expert.

Project Approach and Results

At the beginning, the consultant conducted an in-depth market analysis based on internal and external expert interviews as well as workshops. This answered questions about competition, market dynamics, and current and future customer needs. Based on this, various growth and target positioning scenarios for the company were developed and translated into action fields for further growth. Finally, the project results were discussed with the shareholders of the startup.

EnBW ranks among the largest energy supply companies in Germany and in Europe. With a workforce of around 20,000 employees, EnBW supplies electricity, gas, water and energy-related products and services to 5.5 million customers.
